New Incoterms, approved by the Chamber of Commerce of Paris, came fully into force on 1st January 2010.  "Incoterms" are the sale terms of transportation, they regulate and define who is charged of costs and responsibilities of the transported goods. The most significant changes in the new edition is the deletion of DAF, DEQ, DES, DDU clauses and the inclusion of two new terms: DAP and DAT.
